Shipping:

For internet orders and orders by phone it typically takes 7-14 business days to arrive at your location. All orders are delivered to the front door and must be signed for; otherwise the carrier is not permitted to deliver your order and delivery may be delayed. Upon receipt and approved payment, we will ship out within 3 business days, assuming that we are not experiencing a backorder. After we ship your items, you will receive an email attachment which will include the freight company’s web site link along with your tracking number. This tracking number may not be active in the freight company’s online tracking system for up to 3 days from the invoice date. For assistance with your tracking information, please call 631-750-5988. This shipping time frame does not apply to VIP packages. Please read your Business Opportunity Package Agreement for more details.

Back Order Items:

Due to the popularity of our massage chairs, we often experience backorders and sometimes your shipment may be delayed for longer than we originally anticipated. If this occurs, we will keep you updated to the status and approximate ship date.

Our Warranty (1 Year):

Subject to limitations set forth herein: If during the One (1) YEAR period commencing on the date of delivery to the original owner, any defect that may occur covered under this Limited Warranty (see limitation section below), TheBackRubber.com will provide replacement parts without charge. Please note: This is a replacement part warranty only. Service is not covered under any circumstances. All defective parts must be sent to our facility located at: 1180-3 Lincoln Ave, Holbrook, NY 11741 for inspection prior to us shipping your replacement parts.

Limitations: (A) This Limited Warranty shall be void if at the sole discretion of TheBackRubber.com if the defect was caused by accident, misuse and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering. In addition this Limited Warranty does not cover upholstery or coverings defective due to the above listed circumstances. (B) The Limited Warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, including costs for in home service solely for the purpose of educating the customer about the product. This warranty is non-transferable.
